Peculiarities of Self-Management in the Conditions of the Turbulent Environment

Abstract

Given the peculiarities of the external environment, which is caused by extreme unpredictability and uncertainty, the management of one's own time, career, organization of events and one's own development changes significantly. Thus, there is an objective need to revise the principles of self-organization and self-management, which will help to better navigate in the long and short term. The article presents a six-point plan for self-management in a turbulent environment. Includes analyzing the environment, setting priorities, developing adaptive skills, planning and organizing, self-organization and self-motivation, and continuous learning and development.
