Abstract: This research aims to delve deeper into the topic of human resorces motivation, to explore strategies for motivating employees of generation Z, understand their needs and preferences regarding workplace satisfaction and recognition. The content delves into the importance of human resources as the primary value creators within organizations and the shift from viewing employees as simple inputs to recognizing their significant contributions to business productivity and effectiveness. The research highlights the multifaceted nature of motivation, emphasizing the importance of factors such as career progression opportunities, positive work environments, flexible work schedule, balance between personal and profesional life, constant feedback and recognition, open communication, and transparency, which motivate this type of generation. By adopting these strategies and aligning them with employees' needs of Geneeation Z, organizations can enhance motivation and contribute to their overall success and prosperity.
