Cultura managerială şi liderismul

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of two recent concepts - “managerial culture’’ and “leadership” — that entered scientific vocabulary at the end of the XX-th c. The content of the concepts is due to the presided. The aim of the article, hence, is to contribute to the process of conceptual demarcation, on the one hand, and to highlight the conceptual overlap, on (the other hand. Both concepts are searched through interdisciplinary approach and evolutionäry one.
