Program comun de studii pe domeniul contabilității: experiențe și provocări

Abstract

In order to meet the demands of the business environment, the mission of universities is to train competent specialists to meet the current and future demands of the local and international labor market. ASEM, as a university committed to the future, has joint study programs, among which is the joint program in the field of accounting: Accounting and Accounting and Management Informatics coordinated by the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and the “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Romania. This joint study program reflects an excellent chance for students to become not only holders of two degrees during the study period within a bachelor's program, but also to gain international experience. This paper describes the experiences and good practices accumulated by the university, as well as the challenges that lie in managing this joint study program.
