Abstract

The changes made in social insurances represent significant opportunities, offering new benefits and promoting a healthier balance between the professional and personal life of employees. The purpose of the research is to provide clear, accessible and relevant information about the various social services offered by the state, to ensure that employees can identify, benefit and maximize all the advantages available to them. As a result of the research we obtained more information about the changes in the field of social insurance, thus being more informed about how to use all the benefits that are made available to us.
