Abstract: The tech and innovation industry has a strategic importance for the economy of the Republic of Moldova and can change the way the Republic of Moldova is perceived globally in the era of digital transformation. The most effective mechanism for implementing innovations, according to the experience of economically developed countries, is represented by the infrastructure of IT ecosystems, such as the Moldova Innovation Technology Park, which focuses efforts and creativity on the area of innovations. This study proposes to research the evolution of the tech industry and innovation in the Republic of Moldova in quantitative, qualitative terms, opportunities, the constraints of the challenges encountered in the activity.
