Abstract

This article is dedicated to the implementation of digital technologies in the banking sector, in particular, the use of blockchain and machine learning to improve the quality and efficiency of banking services. The article discusses the main advantages of digital technologies in the banking industry, provides examples of successful implementation of such technologies in different countries, and discusses forecasts for their implementation in Moldova. In addition, the article presents statistics on the development of innovative technologies in the banking sector over the past few years.
