Abstract

The article deals with the topics of women's involvement in business, their success, and on the basis of statistical data, an attempt is made to describe the current situation in the modern world. The article presents data on entrepreneurial activity among women around the world and compares the indicators of the involvement of women and men in business in the Republic of Moldova. This topic is extremely relevant in modern society, because despite the progressiveness of the population, gender stereotypes still persist, which must be combated, because they harm not only the social, but also the economic system, and to prevent this from happening, it is necessary to support the advancement of women in business.
