Abstract: In the last decades, the Republic of Moldova experienced a significant evolution of electronic communications, with a major impact on the competitiveness of the national economy. Currently, Moldova has one of the most developed telecommunications sectors in the region, with a wide range of services available to consumers. This article analyzes the country's electronic communications infrastructure, the reported revenues from the provision of these services, and the directions for the development of electronic communications in the coming years.
