Evaluarea implementării politicilor active aferente pieței muncii din Republica Moldova

Abstract

This scientific endeavour, the issue of implementing active labor market policies in the Republic of Moldova is addressed. The implementation of active labor market policies aims to reduce unemployment and increase employment. Active labor market policies also target disadvantaged groups in the labor market who have great difficulty finding employment. Taking into account the fact that the Republic of Moldova is at the beginning of the implementation of active measures on the labor market, following the adoption of the new legislation, we aimed to evaluate how to implement them. As research methods, statistical and analytical methods were used. In order to obtain the necessary information for the evaluation of active labor market policies, the annual reports of the National Employment Agency were analysed.
