dc.description.abstractThe article analyses the results of piloting dual higher education (DHE), which represents a new form of training for future specialists in the higher education system of the Republic of Moldova. The paper describes successful international practices in the field of high dual education, the particularities of developing a viable model of dual higher education, which would correspond to the specifics of the social, economic and cultural environment in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the results of piloting DHE within ASEM, highlighting the challenges and perspectives in the given process. The article presents the results of a study on the prospects for the development of dual education in higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova. The study is carried out within the Erasmus + COOPERA project "Integrating Dual Higher Education in Moldova and Ukraine", no. 617490-EPP-1-2020-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP. The aim of the project is to integrate dual higher education in partner countries in general, and to improve work capacity and individual development, to increase compatibility and continuity between the requirements of the business environment and the initial training of university students and to achieve a better high economic efficiency and social integration, in particular.
