Abstract:	The purpose of the research is to analyze the efficiency and role of tax administration in the Republic of Moldova. Fiscal administration is a complex process that requires a detailed analysis of the efficiency of the monitoring system of performance indicators of the activity of the fiscal body. In this research we used research methods, such as: comparison method, synthesis, observation, logical and systemic analysis, respectively, the use of table methods in exposing and rendering the studied economic processes.
