Abstract: According to patterns, manipulation is a social influence that aims to change the perception, values and behavior of others. In daily life, people are manipulated through various tactics and techniques. The manipulator achieves its intended purpose, which can cause (in long terms of time) negative effects for micro and macro economies, indeed for society. Sorrowfully, the manipulation is used in areas such as politics, business, media, negotiations, etc. and all this is happening in a world of globalization and trade.
