Abstract:	Translations have accelerated cultural progress by shortening the accumulation time necessary for the outcropping and mellowing of each culture. Since early times scientists, philosophers had noticed that translations were absolutely necessary and was not at all deprived of significance when one tried to demonstrate their high importance for the development of exchange of cultural values.
