Abstract: The article considers the model of dual education. The main goal consists in presenting the benefits of implementing this model at the level of the first cycle of university studies, as well as some limits of this process. The focus being oriented towards specialists in the economic field, mainly those from the "Business and Business Administration" specialty, the institution researched in the field of higher education being the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova. The methodology used: in the process of developing the article: several types of research methods were used: 1. qualitative method – observation; analysis of existing practical and theoretical data; 2. quantitative method.
