Perspectivele dezvoltării pieţei construcţiilor de imobil locativ în condiţiile actuale ale Republicii Moldova

Abstract

The housing industry being a key component in the economy development, is sending now mixed signals. In this article we will present the real situation on the housing market in Republic of Moldova, and also proposes the main ways of redressing the created situation as a result of financial crisis. Development prospects of the real estate market are now not so positive as they were 2-3 years ago, but the construction companies can be quite optimistic in doing predictions of the real estate market situation.
