dc.description.abstractThe success of national economies is based on talent and the capacity to create, to produce innovations and to be competitive. Intellectual capital is considered to be the most important source of economic development. Human capital is being transformed in the intellectual capital, when it can provides competitive advantage and additional value. The purpose of this paper is to describe the creation process and explain the genesis of the multidimensional concept of the creativity process, and to represent a study on the creativity models and forms, which become more central to economic performance of an enterprise.
