Abstract: The transition to a digital economy is fundamentally changing the labor market: along with the spread of information technology in all spheres of life, digital skills are becoming critically important from the point of view of employers. A massive transformation in talent requirements is expected, as many operations that have not been affected by previous waves of digital adoption may be automated in the near future. The introduction of digital technologies leads to significant changes in staffing requirements and requirements for specialists.
