Abstract: Today's consumers see shops and shopping centers not just as places to shop for essential goods, but also as places to get emotions and new impressions, interesting pastime, dating, learning and development. The pandemic has made its own adjustments to the development of the market. Consumer behavior changed almost overnight: health and safety issues came to the fore when making a purchasing decision. The past year and a half has shown that trading companies that are able to quickly respond to changes remain successful.
