Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of introducing ecological retail at Ukrainian enterprises. The authors considered the essence of ecological retail, the main tasks of "green retail" at the enterprise. The key tasks of the ecological retail system at Ukrainian enterprises and the advantages of its implementation have been set. The structure of customer loyalty, the system of cost reduction, as well as cost optimization have been analyzed. The current most profitable suppliers of eco-goods were also investigated. The results showed that customer satisfaction is largely determined by product mix, product availability, and high quality customer service.
