Abstract

This article identifies both the role of the library in promoting equal opportunities in the community and the usefulness of the integrated approach and that equal access to information is the basis of a more well-informed. It is important to use all appropriate means to accelerate awareness, encourage debate, mobilization, training, dissemination of information and the type of proper knowledge in order to ensure the success of the concrete.
