Abstract

Equal opportunities between women and men impose the acceptance and improvement of their complementarity, as well as the different roles they play in society. In order to observe the equality between men and women in society, we suggest applying gender dimension as in the political and economic spheres, so in education and health, and in the areas considered to be only for men.
