Aspecte de calitate în managementul lanțului de aprovizionare

Abstract

The supply chain is one of the most complex systems. Its broad coverage, which includes entities, people, information, activities, and many other resources, plays an important role in the flow of products or services from manufacturers to suppliers to customers and end users. This complexity, being characterized by its dynamic nature, requires a way to maintain this flow in such a way as to facilitate business operations and this can be ensured thanks to a quality supply chain management. At the same time, it must be taken into account that quality assurance in the supply chain requires quality in all the links that make up this chain. In this article, based on the study of the literature in the field, we argue the positive impact of quality management on the supply chain. JEL: L25, M11.
