Importanța calității pentru sectorul energetic al Republicii Moldova

Abstract

The systematic analysis of the quality of services provided in the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova and the measures taken to achieve this goal must be priorities of greatest importance for the energy regulator, especially when tariffs for these services have practically tripled. In order to improve the quality of the services provided, energy providers need to know how consumers perceive quality and what quality they expect to receive from them. In this article, the authors describe the main causes for assessing the quality of services provided in the energy sector of the country and present the views of experts on quality, the participation of suppliers in the delivery process, their interaction with consumers.
