Bugetarea în cadrul proiectelor internaţionale

Abstract

The budget provides the project sponsor with a best estimate of how much the project will cost. Also the budget helps manage expectations and gives the project sponsor information to develop costs for the project. In this context, in the present article are recommended the main rules applicable in the execution and control process which will help to determine whether the project is financially on track.
