dc.description.abstractThe main group that contribute to the economic growth of a country are young graduates, that are full of ideas, are innovative and flexible, but they face a lot of problems in their process of getting a job and the main reason they are denied is that they do not have experience. The purpose of this research is to show the problems that students face after graduating the university and to emphasize that these young people despise not having experince has a lot of advantages for the companies, and namely they contribute to the economic development.
