In the paper below, I aimed to describe one of the most important periods of time that determined crucially the future development of today’s China. I reflected on the reforms that have been implemented, their benefits and their detrimental consequences upon the life of ordinary Chinese people. I aimed to emphasis the importance of people in the development of Chinese state and the role of China's regions in the process of the economic expansion. Further on, I described the management of the Communist Party which played decisive role in the evolution of the national and international affairs of the country, as well as the actions parliamentarians took to promote themselves in the pyramid of the Communist Party.
