The issues of the job placement of the underage people affect many participants of this process. The underage people’s interest in a job is firstly defined as an opportunity to assert themselves and to acquire some independence from their parents earning some money. Usually the vacancies for teenagers are not required high qualification and are not prestigious. But to find even such positions for the underage people sometimes is quite difficult as the employers are not interested in the teenagers’ labour because they face some difficulties in the labour organization for such category of citizens. The most advisable thing to motivate the employers who employ the underage people is for example to set up tax benefits. JEL: K31 Labor Law.en_US
