Abstract: Nowadays, much attention is paid to the problem of motivating employees. Research methods in this work are the study and analysis of scientific literature: works of authoritative scientists, as well as articles. This problem cannot be ignored, since it concerns any person, regardless of his or her position and industry. In addition, creativity is valued - new technologies are invented every day, which forces businesses to adapt to innovation. Moreover, new technologies mean new methods of work, therefore, in the 21st century, one of the important qualities of an employee is creativity and the desire to put forward new ideas. Nevertheless, it is necessary to create the right atmosphere where a person is ready to show his abilities, as well as to reward him for success. The purpose of this work is to determine the relevance of existing theories of motivation, to change and supplement them, as well as to consider specific actions on the example of the most innovative styles of enterprise management and attitudes towards employees.
