Abstract: In this article we have proposed to target the enhancement of human resource management in organizations. In this regard, we attempted to determine the purpose, place and content of human resource management in the managerial system of organizations. To get a clearer picture of the concept and content of human resource management, we presented several models of HRM, developed by renowned specialists in the field. I also made a comparative analysis of the models presented, highlighting their similarities and differences. Similarly, are also presented other aspects aimed at enriching the content of human resource management.
