Abstract

Plățile fără numerar se dezvoltă într-un ritm accelerat datorită apariției instrumentelor de plată inovatoare, ce permit procesarea tranzacțiilor în timp real. Acesta este rezultatul progresului științei și tehnicii din ultima perioadă, care a afectat, în mod direct, prin intermediul tehnologiilor informaționale, modalitățile și instrumentele de transfer de valoare. Analiza impactului plăților fără numerar asupra creșterii economice este justificată prin numeroasele beneficii pe care le aduc acestea. În această ordine de idei, este necesară implementarea măsurilor de extindere a utilizării plăților fără numerar în raporturile ecomomice din perspectiva avantajelor oferite de acestea, printre care vom evidenția, de rând cu altele, și transparența circulației valorii.
