Everyone's right to a decent living, which would imply the right to reasonable living conditions, to ensure the well-being of each person and his family, but also the right to their continuous improvement, determines the opportunity and need to determine the level of well-being and satisfaction of each individual. part. The subject of improving people's lives, increasing their well-being has become a major concern of democratic governments. In this context, the subject in question is a current one and of major importance. The purpose of the paper.
