Abstract:
The financing policy represents a component part of the financial policy of the enterprise, having a special influence on the establishment, distribution and use of funds in order to achieve the current and strategic economic programs. Financial policy decisions are based on the financial structure adopted by the company according to its profitability, growth and risk objectives. The main tasks of the financing policy consist in choosing a rate of growth of the economic capital and the modalities of financing this growth, because such a choice generates the increase of the financial capital and the degree of autonomy of the company. The financing of agricultural enterprises involves their access to financial support to ensure: the rational development of agricultural production, the implementation of technological and technical progress in agriculture and the appropriate use of factors of production.
