dc.description.abstract	Unemployment is one of the most complicated socio-economic problems around the world. The presence of unemployment brings a lot of negative consequences. In general, unemployment inhibits the social, economic and political rise of a state. In this article we will use notions such as unemployment, technical unemployment; we will also analyze the relationship of potential employees with the labor market in the Republic of Moldova. There are some practices aimed to combat this harmful phenomenon. To conclude, we propose some solutions that could be implemented in the states affected by unemployment. JEL: E24	en_US
