dc.description.abstract The article proposes a model for evaluation of commercial enterprise competitiveness through graphic description to make a comparison between company features and the features of its main competitors. A special attention is paid to indexes, which describe competitive advantages: efficiency of marketing activity, enterprise capability, competitiveness of goods, management and organizational culture, positioning and reputation of enterprise on the market, efficiency of advertising and sales.
