Abstract:
Approaches to assessing the development of science and innovation in the country based on various indicators, including on the basis of the Global Innovation Index, as well as an assessment of the development of university science using scientometric indicators are considered. On this basis, an assessment of the factors hindering innovation is given, and promising models for the commercialization of the results of scientific and technical activities are proposed.
