O abordare holistică a sistemelor informatice de gestiune - de la ecosistemul digital al afacerilor la societatea informaţională

Abstract

The issue of "Digital Planet" has consequences, due to the evolution of globalization, on every economic organization and on any country. Even if there are still doubts and discussions about the effects and the opportunity, the evolution of globalization is inevitable and the only viable way to embrace the positive effects of it is the concern to know the most advanced technologies and the action to reduce the gaps towards the developed countries in the process of creating the Information Society. This paper is part of this paradigm. Goal: To identify the themes, legislative provisions, directions of action and technologies needed for Information Management Systems to contribute to a beneficial evolution of large-scale digitization, to reduce the gaps between different economies and societies on a global scale as a prerequisite for fair and equitable collaboration among countries, taking into account the possibilities of reducing the degree of social exclusion and to contributing to the provision of an friendly environment, both in the field of business management and in the area of benefits of the Information Society for citizens. Starting from the state of the art research and the analysis of some case studies and solutions, the interrelation and interoperability between different solutions and systems will be analyzed as well as the consequences of a possible implementation gap versus advanced technologies globally. Research methods: Correlation of the current state of theoretical research, legislative provisions and level of technologies with the degree of evolution and development of digitization in various fields, countries and spheres of application. Results: A hierarchy of necessities, opportunities, ways of action and the effects of the transition to the Information Society and the evolution towards the Digital Planet.
