dc.description.abstract	The article examines possibilities of the innovative incubators of the Republic of Moldova to contribute to professional development and capacity building for new Digital Economy strategy development of the Eastern Partnership countries, announced as a declaration at the first ministerial level meeting with in the EaP on 11 June 2015 in Luxembourg.
