dc.description.abstract	In the process of establishing the infrastructure bank of the Republic of Moldova appears the need to develop a unique concept of storage policy of the bank in relations with clients, the assessment of established practices on the formation of these policies by each individual bank and the establishment of the main directions of improvement of the policy of internal storage.. The establishment of this objective is conditioned by the fact that this task appeared after the period of transition of the local economy to a market economy but until the current stage has been neglected in the theory and, respectively, in the economic literature.
