Abstract:
In this scientific endeavor, team building is approached as a form of increasing the motivation of the personnel in the organizations of the Republic of Moldova. In this context, it is trying to draw attention to the fact that the increase of staff motivation can be achieved not only through financial advantages. Given that the economic and financial situation of the Moldovan organizations is not favorable, the motivation of staff through non-financial elements such as team building is appropriate, but also beneficial to them. Thus, the importance of team building to increase employee motivation is shown. Also, are presented the benefits that both employees and organizations acquire as a result of the team building sessions. Apart from this, there are presented several ways of developing team building that can take place both inside and outside the organization. JEL: M12; M14; M52; M53.
