Abstract:
The need to defend the rights and interests of taxpayers harmed as a result of fiscal control appears practically from the moment the control is initiated. Failure to comply with the principles underlying the taxation results directly in the direct violation of the rights of the economic agents as well as of the constitutional rights of the founders / associates.
