Analiza indicilor de apreciere a eficienţei proiectelor de investiţii în informatizare

Abstract

The computerization of various activities is usually done on the basis of projects. Even with significant advantages, in general, of computerization, the success of a specific computer project is not guaranteed. It depends on various factors, including (as the case may be): rigorous argumentation of project solutions, the ratio between the expected effects and the expenditures of necessary resources with project implementation, the quality of project implementation, etc. Of particular importance in such conditions is the application of indices that will contribute to the estimation of the efficiency of computerization projects. For this purpose, various indices can be used. The general objective of the article is to analyze the most important indices that will contribute to the estimation of the efficiency of investment in computerization projects and to elaborate recommendations on their use according to their mission.
