Finanţarea proiectului de investiţii „Grădina de trandafiri a Iulitei” prin credit bancar

Abstract

Finanţarea reprezintă una dintre problemelemajore pentru implementarea proiectului„Grădina de trandafiri a Iulitei”, deoarece finanțareapresupune, pe lângă fondurile obținute dinfinanţarea europeană, și un aport al beneficiarului.Obţinerea surselor pentru cofinanţare estedificilă, uneori, chiar imposibilă, ţinând cont defaptul că resursele financiare sunt limitate şiaccesul la creditele bancare presupune îndeplinireaunor cerinţe şi condiţii impuse de cătrebancă. Cofinanţarea se poate realiza fie din surseproprii, fie din surse atrase, care comportăcaracter rambursabil. În situaţia acestui proiect,creditul bancar reprezintă soluţia pentru cofinanţareaproiectului.Scopul cercetării, efectuate în aceastălucrare, constă în identificarea surselor atrase definanțare de natura creditelor bancare pentrubeneficiarul proiectului intitulat „Grădina de trandafiria Iulitei” pentru partea de cofinanțare aproiectului. Realizarea acestui proiect, indiscutabil,va contribui şi la dezvoltarea mediului rural. JEL: E40, E50, E59. Co-financing maybe provided either from own sources or fromattracted sources that are reimbursable. Underthis project, bank credit represents the solutionfor co-financing the project.The purpose of the research, carried out inthis paper, is to identify the sources attracted bythe financing of the nature of the bank credits forthe beneficiary of the project entitled “Iulita’sroses garden” for the co-financing part of theproject.
