Climatul investițional și tendințele din dinamica investițiilor străine directe în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Investițiile străine directe constituie un factor principal de stimulare a creşterii economice, producând efecte pozitive asupra țării receptoare, atât prin metode tradiționale, ce țin de aportul la stocul de capital și de creștere a randamentului investiției, cât și asupra productivității economiei destinatare și, din această perspectivă constituie o temă de permanentă actualitate. Actualitatea subiectului investigat este determinată de necesitatea amplificării procesului investițional în Republica Moldova, ca o condiție prealabilă pentru accelerarea dezvoltării economice a țării, lucru imposibil de realizat fără atragerea investițiilor străine directe și îmbunătățirea politicii de investiții în Republica Moldova. Promovarea unei politici corespunzătoare de atragere a investiţiilor străine directe ar contribui la realizarea obiectivelor naţionale de dezvoltare a ţării, crearea unor noi locuri de muncă, transferul de tehnologie, promovarea exporturilor, creşterea economică durabilă şi reducerea sărăciei. Scopul cercetării constă în analiza tendințelor în dezvoltarea investițiilor străine directe și a factorilor determinanți de atragere a acestora în economia Republicii Moldova. CZU: 339.727.22(478). The topicality of the investigated subject is determined by the need to amplify the investment process in the Republic of Moldova as a precondition for accelerating the economic development of the country, which is impossible to achieve without attracting foreign direct investment and improving investment policy in the Republic of Moldova. Promoting an appropriate policy to attract foreign direct investment would help achieve the country’s national development goals by creating jobs, transferring technology, promoting exports, sustainable economic growth and reducing poverty.
