The integration of higher education graduates in the dynamic fields and activities on the labor market is a premise for the continuous training of teachers in university education. The topicality of communication is derived from the fact that the teacher is forced by the laws of life and nature to adapt their teaching methods. In traditional cognitive psychology, knowledge / learning are seen as a kind of processing. However, the true importance of the type of teaching-learning-assessment, which combines traditional pedagogical methods with modern ones, has its potential. This way of learning is an opportunity to create experiences that can provide the right type of teaching-learning at a certain time, place and for a certain student not only in the auditorium, but also in extra-curricular activities. Today, more than ever, we feel the lack of a corroborative, proactive generation with critical thinking. Therefore, the content of courses and teaching activities must develop students' ability to act in solving various problems through: critical thinking, logical thinking, experimentation and creativity, project work (teamwork). Teamwork learning takes time. A well-designed collective project-based learning unit should have a clear set of knowledge that takes time to discover. Students should have a very clear direction, which defines expectations, responsibilities, processes and timing activities. Essentially, what requires more preparation time is rewarded with learning outcomes. The wisdom of tradition can and must be combined with modern technological solutions. JEL: A20, A23, A30 |
