dc.description.abstract In the era of globalization, rapid technological advancement, and increasing interconnectedness among economic entities, effective cooperation has become essential for fostering development, innovation, and organizational success. The growing complexity of the economic landscape and market dynamics requires a move away from isolated organizational actions toward broader collaboration among diverse actors within the economic system. This study explores effective collaboration as both a current trend in entrepreneurial growth and a strategic tool for generating and implementing ideas. It examines the main types of interactions between companies and the factors that either promote or hinder the formation of joint ventures. Special focus is given to the role of small and medium-sized organizations that work with larger companies and institutions at the regional, national, and international levels. The findings highlight the significance of effective collaboration in sharing information, merging resources, and boosting the potential for organizational innovation – all of which support competitiveness and long-term growth.
