Abstract:
The transformations in economic education, driven by digitalization and the new demands of the labor market, are shifting the focus from traditional pedagogy to modern paradigms such as andragogy, heutagogy, cybergogy, peeragogy, and paragogy. These models reposition the student from a passive recipient to an active participant, capable of learning autonomously, collaboratively, and digitally. The study examines the evolution of these paradigms and the ways in which they can be integrated into the training of future accountants through practical, technological, and team-based activities. The findings highlight the need for a flexible educational process oriented toward critical thinking, digital competencies, and continuous professional development.
