The Relationship between Financial Policy and the State Budget

Abstract

This article is a review of the relationship between financial policy and the state budget. The main goal of the study is to highlight and understand how various elements of financial policy are linked to the state budget. It describes the history of finance, the emergence of concepts such as financial policy, the state budget, and their evolution over time and the development of states. Then, the role of various elements of financial policy in shaping the state budget is explained.
