Abstract:
This study examines the impact of labor migration on the economy of the Republic of Moldova. It analyzes both the advantages and disadvantages of workers leaving abroad and returning to the country. By investigating the causes and
motivations of migration, the diversity of factors influencing this phenomenon is highlighted. The consequences of migration are examined both economically and in other domains, as well as the impact on communities and families remaining in the country. Finally, policies and strategies are proposed for managing the effects of migration on the economy, aiming to maximize benefits and minimize negative effects, thereby promoting economic development and stability in the Republic of Moldova.
