Innovations In Procurement Logistics of Companies of the Republic of Moldova

Abstract

In today's world, procurement logistics plays a key role in ensuring business competitiveness. This is especially true for Moldova, where the procurement market is constantly developing and facing new challenges. The introduction of innovations in procurement logistics can help Moldovan companies: reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve service quality and increase competitiveness. Innovation in procurement logistics is the introduction of new technologies, methods and tools that improve the efficiency of procurement processes, reduce costs, improve control over supply chains and improve customer service. The main target of this work is to analyse innovative solutions used in procurement logistics in Moldova, as well as to assess their impact on the efficiency of procurement processes. This kind of this work represents the methods and results of the study, as well as conclusions that will help to understand the process of procurement logistics of Moldova’s companies.
